Responsibilities:-Lead Region sales team and improve the sales efficiency and growth.
-Execute current year business plan to meet sales, price, new business, and   cash objectives.
-Manage customer relationships developing key contacts at all sales levels.   Develop >10 customers/year, maximize customer relationship, building long   term partnership.
-Ensure customer strategy alignment through communication and alignment   with marketing teams and global account management.
-Participate in Business/market strategy development by providing customer   needs (voice of customer) trends and new business opportunities.
-Execute portfolio management tactics for grow/fix/exit or new   products.
-Manage accounts receivables and disputes.
-Take the lead to manage the inventory and past due.
-Increase the brand recognition and sales potential of our products in the   region.
-Provide customer services to identify and maintain value proposition.
Requirements: -Bachelor   degree or above in Engineering or Business Admin.
-Good understanding of process industrial business market in your country.  
-Direct working experience in general industry field for more than 5   years.
-Technical sales management for more than 2 years.
-Excellent English communication skills in writing and spoken.
-Very strong People management and development skills.
-Excellent communication skills, conflict management skills.
-Value selling skills.
